This statement describes how Formello Market LLC approaches accessibility on this website and how to reach us if you need help.

1. Our commitment

Formello Market LLC wants people of all abilities to be able to read about our services, use the Channel Stack tool, and send a desk request. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a practical target for this site.

2. What we have done

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, and a skip link at the top of each page.
  • Keyboard-operable navigation, FAQ, Channel Stack toggles, and form fields, with visible focus states.
  • Labeled form fields, required-field attributes, and status messages announced through a live region.
  • Text sizes that scale with browser settings and layouts that adapt to small screens.
  • Reduced motion: animations and reveal effects are disabled when your system requests reduced motion.
  • Descriptive alternative text for informational images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.

3. Known limitations

We are a small team and do not claim perfect conformance. Colour contrast on a few decorative labels and the hero image overlay may fall short of the guideline in places, and some concept images carry only short descriptions. We review these items as we update the site. Third-party content, such as web fonts, is outside our direct control.

4. Accessibility in support services

If your customers need alternative contact methods, tell us during onboarding. We can note preferred channels, such as email in place of calls, and apply written rules for callers who need more time or a different format. We do not provide interpretation, relay, or captioning services as part of standard packages, but we can document how to hand those requests to your team.
